Yoga Class Fall 2025

Community Yoga Class
Take a break and reconnect with your body and mind through our weekly community yoga sessions. This beginner-friendly class focuses on gentle stretching, mindful movement, and relaxation — perfect after a long day!

📅 Dates: Wednesdays, October 1 – December 3
🕕 Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
📍 Location: Kitchener, Community Centre (TBA)
💰 Fee: $100 for 10 classes
👥 Ages: 16 and up
👕 What to wear: Comfortable, athletic clothing

Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session! Unwind and recharge with gentle stretches, mindful movements, and deep relaxation. Perfect way to melt stress and find calm. Beginner-friendly and wonderfully refreshing!

Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Students of all levels are very welcome!
